Stripe confirms the payment and the platform creates your account on the matching plan. Your login email (address plus temporary password) usually arrives within minutes and never later than 24 hours. Check spam if you do not see it.

Yes. The customizer styles an existing GoHighLevel account, so you need your own agency account. Custom JS and CSS in the white-label settings are available on agency plans; check your plan if you are unsure.
